Payment and Shipping

We offer Square and PayPal as payment method programs. Once a customers' payment is cleared through either of our payment methods', we will process the order and email or mail the customer copy of the tracking number and order details. The shipping timeframe will depend on the priority a customer has selected. It can take two days to two weeks turn around time.
Secure ordering & payment options
PayPal is offered as a payment method are eligible for the Program. Your use of the PayPal services is subject to the PayPal User Agreement and Privacy Policy between you and Shady Panda that provides the PayPal services to you, including all applicable PayPal fees described in your PayPal User Agreement.
Square is a payment facilitator that allows us to accept Cards from customers for the payment for goods and services. We are not a bank and do not offer banking services as defined by the United States Department of Treasury. Our Payment Services allow you to accept payments from any US-issued and most non-US issued credit, debit, prepaid, or gift cards (“Cards”) bearing the trademarks of American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“American Express”), DFS Services, LLC (“Discover”), MasterCard International Inc. (“MasterCard”) and Visa Inc. (“Visa”) (collectively, the “Networks”).
Returns & Refunds
Please note that we do not accept refunds. We will exchange if the size was not correct. Please email shady.panday2016@gmail.com with the subject EXCHANGE, and notate your correct size. We will not accept shoes that have been worn outside or damaged.
